Absolutely horrible service.. cowards who ignore you at the drive through, the manager with the cleft lip needs a slap in the mouth

The gay chunky girl always messes up our munch. Very unpleasant. Unordered soup always spilled in the bag. Place is run as well as the white house. The cute chubby mexican boy tayvion is a good worker.

I placed an online order for 3 dozen bagels and received an email acknowledgment. I called an hour later to make sure that the order was ready since I did not receive an "order complete" email. I was told that it was ready for sure. I drove 20 minutes to pick it up, and the order was NOT ready because they did not have about half of the bagels that I ordered. I was asked to substitute different flavor bagels, which I did not want in the first place. I asked the manager why I was not contacted about the discrepancy since they have my phone number and email address. She said that she was sorry. This is not the first time that I've had order discrepancy issues at this location. BAD service.
