Starbucks

It is Starbucks. I am not a fan but I can handle their plain Chai tea latteand I wanted something hot to drink. Frankly their coffee is awful. Over roasted, cheap beans that pretend to being gourmet. As a life long coffee drinker I prefer my coffee smooth, rich and naked. If I must add Carmel and other stuff to it to make it taste good then I have no business drinking it and the purveyor of that type of coffee is not only insulting my tastebuds they are insulting coffee itself. However if you like Starbucks this one does have good service and you do get what you order.

They where quick and did not have my drink but they recommended a different one and I really liked it.

The customer service needs revamping. My Starbucks back home starts with asking for your name, repeating your name and asking how you are. Here it's "what can I get started for you, pull around". They hand the drink to you and you go. Back home, the Starbucks sometimes asks if the drink looks up to your satisfaction. They DESERVE extra tips for going above and beyond. The people I dealt with at monaca Starbucks just show up for a paycheck

The best starbucks in the area ( this one) cant seem to figure out when they open. App and google both say 5:30 but when I showed up at 6:30 the doors were locked with no sign saying delayed opening. please fix this! this one is normally great.

I am not often a Starbucks goer, but the one time I did this past month, a couple Sundays ago, I had a wonderful experience with a certain barista!! I believe her name was Hannah and I think she was wearing navy? She greeted me so politely at the drive through and was very accommodating to my bad hearing LOL!!! I will definitely be going her more often!!!
