We have been trying to reach you! You may call your property manager back at (215) 473-4803, so we can promptly address this matter. If you would prefer, you may submit a work order, which will give our dedicated maintenance team permission to enter.Regarding the utility payments, we understand that changes in billing structures were unexpected. So, we ensured that all notices and renewals were received an additional 30 days earlier than the PA requirement; because we want to give all our residents ample opportunity to choose us again and again. We strive to be transparent with our residents and provide clarity on lease terms and associated costs. We would be happy to help answer any questions you may have about your renewal rate, as the information you have provided is not what I see in your portal; so I am wondering if we may have some wires crossed. We are proud to offer competitive rates within the local area and make every effort to keep them reasonably lower than our competitors.
