When I first moved in they said maintenance cleaned the apartment which they did not. I found dog food behind the stove from the guy that lived in our apartment before us. There are mices and bugs in the apartment buildings. It rained in my room and my mother room five times. My mother have a cracked in her window. The maintenance team put a piece of tape on the window to cover the crack. Due to the rain coming in the window the fifth time mold formed around the window. It took three weeks before maintenance came to look at the damages from the rain. Maintenance did not treat the mold instead they painted over the mold. The pipe connected to the sink in the bathroom is leaking. Me and my mom cannot use the the sink in the bathroom. Not only is me and my mother is having issues with the apartment complex there are other tenants who are having issues as well. There are multiple problems that occurred while I lived in this apartment complex.
