One star is plenty generous. I completely agree with Christy. Living here now three years there has been a drastic decline in maintenance and communication. My biggest issue is the unkemptness of the halls, laundry room and common areas as well as the lack of notification during or prior an emergency. EX. emergency water shut off for a leakage, there was no notification, it happened twice and both times I was late to work because I could not bath. Currently - laundry is shut down for whatever reason. have we been properly notified? Nope, I went to go do my laundry and was appalled by what I saw and have no idea when the laundry will be back in commission. UNACCEPTABLE.

Edit: Since Woodward Properties has taken ownership of the building they have been working making improvements (new paint and carpeting, new side entrance doors that will no longer have broken locks). They have also been very quick and responsive to maintenance requests.

The upkeep of the building went down drastically in the last year and a half. Common areas used to be cleaned on a daily basis, now cleaning is done infrequently and not thoroughly. The hallway floors are dirty most of the time, theres dead bugs laying on the floors, the stairwell windows are filthy, hedges out front are overgrown, laundry room floors are dirty, and hallways have an unpleasant odor most of the time. Its a shame as it used to be such a well maintained building and nice place to live.
