Very professional, cleaned up each day, explained every step, worked tirelessly, punctual, personable, quality work. Team Leader Dan was superior. Very conscientious, experienced, conscience professional. Team member Kevin was also superior! My husband & I are truly happy with the jobs done. We also had Dan & Kevin install a new water heater since ours was over ten years old. Excellent job done. Recommend highly. We dont have one complaint about ECI. Joe the salesman was ready on calls for answers to questions we had. He gave us options no other company did. We did get estimates from other companies as well. Glad we chose ECI. I have to say our daily life has changed now that we have the same temperature throughout our house with three levels!!

Jim and Alex went above and beyond and worked all day to get my new system installed. They were professional and courteous. The arrived early and stayed late and worked through lunch and dinner! I kept offering drinks and food. LOL This is my first experience with ECI and it has been all positive!
