They came out to my house to replace the heater and hot watertank. They were great. Went right to work very clean . They explained everything to me. Worked with me because I have 3 great danes. I am a Senior Citizen who is disabled. Alek Air was fantastic with the installation process 2015 I think. However, I have been calling for services for weeks now because the heater won't start. We have a Slant Fin less than 6 years old. TODAY is 26 degrees and I have NO heat. I filled out the online form, left voice messages. It would be a few minutes for them. You guys at Alek Air are no better than Peco! I forgot you all work together to bamboozle people's "old" appliances and give "better". You install a heater just 3 months ago and when someone calls just a month later about an issue with your installation you just ignore message after message?! Who else besides Cindy handles these calls and this company?! Horrible business and customer service!!

Called for service on our Fujitsu mini-split - had been installed by a fully licensed contractor 9 years ago. Was told pretty abruptly that they Only Service Equipment that They Installed?! Seriously?
