        We called to purchase an entire new HVAC system and the receptionist said a sales person would call right back. It's now 5 days later and still waiting for that call. I decided to call Dowd Heating and Air and they were extremely accommodating. Don't waste your time with Engel. In response to your reply you stated you would have a salesman call back with a price and the first available installation date and NO ONE CALLED BACK! BOTTOM LINE.

      Mr. Meyers. We received your call on Monday July 24th. Your message stated that you needed a new heat pump and air handler replaced ASAP. You already had an estimate on Friday July 21st. and an install date, but wanted something done sooner so your calling around to see if anyone could get it done sooner. I regret that you did not receive the message that was left for you. Good luck.
