I had an appointment for 12:00 noon and when I got to Walmart it took 15 minutes for someone to even speak to me then another 15 minutes for them to actually bring the vehicle in to get the tires put on that I have brought with me. If I did not have an appointment I would have been waiting forever so if you're going to go you're definitely make an appointment because you will be skipped if someone arrives who has an appointment even if they arrive after you got there. I'm giving this place three stars because they finished only 15 minutes after they said they would even though they started 30 minutes late and it seems that the install is fine and the tires are properly balanced. I'm also a Walmart Plus subscriber so to install and balance two tires with the two year road hazard warranty on them was only $34 total. If the install was twice that amount then the headache involved in actually getting someone to pay attention to me and begin to service my vehicle would not be worth the savings of using this facility. They need better customer service and they need to treat the customers better at this location. Multiple employees walked past me while I was waiting at the counter for someone to speak to me and just completely ignored me until I somewhat aggressively sought out help. This is not how a business should be run, it seemed like every employee didn't want to be there. If the job is so bad then go find a job at a place you don't hate to work for.

They said couldnt take the filter out I think Walmart stick to Walmart and let the professionals do oil changes. I recommend Valvoline. They always get it done. No its And butts.

Called 5 times no answer. So I got in my car and drove to the place. I waited 20 minutes in the service area, before someone even asked me if I needed help. I needed a light bulb changed on my tailight, it was a 10-15 minute job according to the tech I spoke to the day prior. But no, today, this tech told me to go get my car because it would depend on the car on whether or not they could replace a bulb. So after walking back outside and pulling my car around back, the tech proceeded to walk outside, look at my light and tell me he couldnt change it. Then I popped the trunk to show him that it was right there and he tugged on my trunk panels acouple times trying to rip them out until I told him they have little plastic latches to which he responded Yea, we cant do it. It was clear that he didnt want to be bothered and Ill never bring my vehicle back here nor will I be recommending anyone I know to a Walmart service center. Im here at Jack Williams Tire & Auto service center and they got me in right away and had my light fixed in literally, 16 minutes. In our great price and great service, if you need vehicle service I would go to Jack Williams Tire & Auto, before coming to Walmart, ANY DAY!

I picked up a screw in my back tire over the weekend, and tried to come into this auto center when I got off work, at 530pm. Despite the signage saying this center is open 7-7 I was told all the technicians go home at 4pm. I tried again this morning, and after pulling up was told to wait in my car. So I did. It's below freezing today with a windspeed gusting up to 15 knots, and after twenty minutes a technician says he can't help me. I told him if the tire is too bad, I can buy a new one. Still no help, I had to go inside and start asking for a manager before someone said I had needed an appointment.
I believe this center is staffed by people looking to take advantage of their company and do as little work as possible while getting a paycheck. Don't give them any help in doing this, take your business elsewhere.
