We had a bathroom leak under our floor as well as a leak in the kitchen sink. I must say it was two pretty big jobs to get done. They came in and inspected and the following week, IN ONE DAY they were both completed to perfection! The contractor also gave our puppy a treat and was very polite and the finished product was better than before ! We love living here and arent looking to move anytime soon!

Great space with convient parking and laundry on sight. The apartment has beautiful original hardwoods and large windows that provide lovely lighting. The apartment manager responds quickly to maintenance request. Highly recommended!
