The Keppel Building

Ive been living in The Keppel Building for about a month now and its everything I hoped for and more! The building used to be a candy factory and has so much character. I love that its multi-use with businesses on the bottom and apartments up top (Cabalar Meat Co serves the best chicken sandwich I have ever had). The apartments themselves are well laid out with all the amenities you could ask for. On top of all that, the management is wonderful - Jason and Blanca are the best. If youre searching for a place in downtown Lancaster you cannot do better!

Zamagias properties, specifically Jason, were so friendly, responsive and professional in my touring and leasing process! They were prompt to answer my questions thoroughly, work with my schedule for touring, and made the whole process feel warm and inviting. The property is a great location, well kept/secure building and the new coworking amenities are a great option for those who work remote like me. Overall very impressed with this unit and property management team!

This place used to be a lot different. You could record records and have fun. Maybe you still can, but it is stuffed full of hip Lancaster city posh shops. If you are looking for old styles or repurposed / reclaimed clothes at stupid high prices this is your spot.
