        This is one brand in USA whose customer service is very poor they are not professional at all . I dont know how they are existing with this kind of poor service I ordered they confirmed then they mail me that my product has been shipped then after 1 week they say my order has been cancelled. When I called the customer service they hung up on me . Traumatizing I will say . First of all if u dun have a product order why will u confirm then if u confirm why will u not reserve it . Something is terribly wrong with this brand.

        The cloths are amazing but the staff is very rude and it feels they are very selective on whom they want to greet and help. I wanted to try a top and was waiting for someone to help and staff just ignored as if I was invisible. It happened more than once in this particular store. I prefer to buy online now and return via mail. It feels racist or should dress to impress to be greeted. And the other reviews say the same and at-least it makes me feel better that I am just not the one being ignored/invisible.
