I picked up a gift for a granddaughter. The staff was uniformly friendly, helpful, and efficient. What a nice surprise!

What happened to customer service! It died with this generation of teenagers! Blonde worker was rude when telling us there was only 5 minutes left until the fitting rooms where closed as if she didnt want us to enter in the first place! And then dirty looks from a brunette associate! Store closes at 8 and thats when the store should close. I remember back in the day when I worked at macys, the store closed at 9 and you werent allowed to start any of the closing procedures until 9:00. I got out of the store around 9:30. Today store closes at 8 and sales people leave with the customers. Are we going to accept this as normal behavior from now on? And is this the policy of the retail stores? Seems to me the inmates are running the prisons!!

Normally I love aerie! But this weekend was not a good experience at all. First, I walked in and the girls didn't even say hi. Not only that, three of them were collectively complaining about customers. The workers were rude and stand offish. I genuinely felt like I was back in high school. They also have a display for bra types and designs in the fitting room area so I looked at the cabinets underneath to find a size. And a worker rudely told me "if you're looking for bras, they aren't in there."  Lol OKAY girl instead of being a brat, why not offer to help me find my size? Whole experience was crappy. Next time I'm just going to shop online. Fix your attitude ladies!

The girl at the front of the store was welcoming... can't say the same for the other employees here. Very rude and could tell they were giving not just me, but other people rude/judgy stares. Why so snarky??
