Upon my mom visiting this store to buy me Christmas presents, the employee at the front was incredibly rude and ageist to her. Absolutely disgusted by the comments that were made and will never shop here again

When I went here this past Saturday, my shopping experience was marred by the lack of staff assertiveness. I was waiting in front of the fitting room and there was staff next to me and in the fitting room. They took the people behind me first, which doesn't make sense. The staff who was standing next to me noticed me standing there and didn't do anything nor say anything about me needing to try on clothes. And when I made eye contact with the one working in the fitting room, she didn't ask either even though I was clearly standing in the doorway. I'm mad that she specifically looked passed me and took 2 other girls instead. I ended up buying 2 items, although honestly I would give the business to another location or online if I had to redo the shopping experience. Side note: masks there are $10, covid glass protectors for cashiers and all the staff were wearing masks. Yes, the fitting room was available even though covid is raging.

I used to love going into Garage. They have great clothes my family loves. There used to be a manager there, and i can’t remember her name, but she was amazing. Great customer service always remembered what i bought the time before and now she isn’t there anymore! I asked about where she went and i got eye rolls! The manager there (i don’t know if she is new or not but have never seen her before) acts like she knows everything, def mumbled under her breath every time i asked a question, i don’t know if she is talking to herself or about me. I overheard her talking about politics, and horribly about other employees along with customers to one of the young girls working the fitting room, who also was too scared to say anything back. I will be taking my business to another location.

I can never express how much fun i have in this store! They always have new items every time i go in! The girls are always showing me the new products like they are just as excited as i am. There are a few girls there that are more helpful than others, but the is one manager who is always helpful to the girls and trying to make them better! It always makes me feel great when i leave and i love that they are planting trees with their .10 bag purchases !
