Not a good experience people in the store shopping are really really rude an older woman who was in there with her teen daughter was angry that the store employee took me in line before her even though the lines in the store make no sense at all I only had one item to buy she made it clear she was angry when I left the store I heard the mom talking to her daughter about me I could tell she was really angry but lady I had one item to buy her daughter wanted everything in the store and the daughter had no money I was real close to saying something to the mom with botox but I let it go because I was a lot younger than her and it was weird this woman wanted drama and the employee could of easily just said hey she has 1 item I'll just be a second I'll get to you next but no I got this mom staring at me giving me the death stare even after I left the store ,the employee never said a word to the rude mom about how she acted in the store she should of been kicked out it made me uncomfortable she was like 65 years old

Customer service at this store was fantastic !! Five stars are not enough. A HUGE shout-out to Aapria and Zac for their friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable assistance. My entire shopping experience at AE in the King of Prussia mall was just wonderful and I look forward to shopping there again should I ever be in the neighborhood. Thanks !!
