I almost always shop Loft for work clothes. I was traveling for work and thought I'd pop into the local Loft because they were having a good sale. I was sadly disappointed in this specific Loft store. I walked in and a sales associate barked at me, "those are not for sale". She was a referencing a rack that was right at the entrance to the store. I looked at her a little in shock (I've never had anyone bark at me in Loft before) expecting an explanation and was given nothing. There was a second store asaociate folding clothes while having a really loud personal call on her cell phone. I found a few items and took them to the dressing room. It was a mess with clothes in almost every dressing room. Items were scattered across the floors and benches while 2 of the rooms had signs saying they were out of order. I went to check out, and the girl was relatively pleasant. All 3 girls working at the store were not dressed in Loft attire. This is the only Loft store I have ever seen associates wearing other (non-professional) clothing. I gave it 3 stars because I love Loft clothing, but I will 100% not return to this location.

It was ok. Couldn't find right size had to order it. But they have nice things
