I called O'Connor Thanksgiving day morning with a heating system problem. We were awakened about 3 AM by our smoke alarm, so it was very serious. I left a message on their voice mail and Ken returned my call within 30 minutes. I explained the problem and he was at my house in no time at all. He made the repairs and saved our Thanksgiving day and weekend. I highly recommend O'Connor's.

What professionals!  The receptionist was so kind and thoughtful.  She said she would try to get service out that very day to make sure we had heat.  She made good and 2 service technicians came with the parts ready because they were pretty sure they knew what the problem was.  They fixed the furnace in less than an hour!  They were so pleasant and showed me exactly what happened to the control board! they only charged me 105 dollars for the labor ( I also had to pay for the control board).  so what I thought was going to be a big hit to my bank account turned out to be less than 500 dollars.  Fantastic! I would definitely use their services again and recommend them if you need furnace repairs!
