I cant say enough about Skones Advanced in Johnstown. My oil boiler wasnt heating at all and had been worked on by a different hvac company.The first tech /company got it working but then it stopped again. Unfortunately he had left town for a long weekend and was not available for another service call to get it running. I too was out of town which made the issue twice as bad. So Im not home, the house is 52 degrees, and the hvac tech is gone for several days. Talk about the perfect storm!
Anyway, in a near panic I called Jane at Skones for help. She was extremely kind and friendly to me, a non-customer. She reassured me that a tech would be at my house that afternoon! Wonderful news. What made it more so was that he arrived by 10 am. and worked to get the boiler up an running.
I would highly recommend Skones Advanced for their friendliness, promptness, expertise, and willingness to help someone who isnt a customer. My hat is off to Jane and the entire staff.

Fast and friendly service! They tried to repair existing furnace but in the end we had to replace and installation was fast, and they didnt leave a mess. Would definitely recommend

I called at 8am and by 945 they were here. Gentleman was very nice and helpful. Fixed our furnace. We are looking to replace our furnace down the road, and I will Definitely get these guys to do it. Great service! Service: Heating system repair
