I was just there today, I went to withdraw money. The lady said "you're giving me red flags", I provided my ID, address, and most recent transactions yet I was treated like a criminal. This branch has always been mismanaged, and appears to hire people with limited customer service capabilities. I would recommend going to another branch.

I went into the bank to close my account and Javan was so nice during the process, I work in banking and appreciate how he kept his promise to me in checking my account to close it at the earliest it could be. Definitely the guy you want to do your business with!

Very rude customer service. I sold my house and was withdrawing money like I have done multiple times at a different PNC since selling my house and now all of sudden this bank wants to verify my wire from my house. And are being extremely rude with me when I ask how much longer because Ive sat here for 30 minutes already
