        I never been to the branch inside but during the summer, the atm located outside is hit or miss 50% of the time that'll it'll accept my card. The atms inside the building work ok but that's pointless when the doors are locked after 5pm. Haven't had an issue with my card at the ben franklin office atms... they should of at least left one outdoor machine operating at the old downtown location before shutting it down?
