        Walked around for a solid 15 minutes with my fiance gathering questions to ask, the entire time we were there there was not as much as a hello or well be right with you or an offer of assistance. We left and will be taking our money elsewhere

        My fianc and I went in on a Sunday morning for him to get fitted for a tux. We went in a few months ago to ask a few questions about renting a tux. The two men were incredibly nice and helped us understand the process. We were not told to make an appointment. So, today 2/11, we went in for him to get fitted. Fred immediately said that we need an appointment in a condescending tone. As a business owner, I understand this. But no other customers were in the store. Fred was in a rush and told us to call to make an appointment. So we made one. We proceeded to walk out of the store. We noticed that Fred was talking about us to coworkers. I would not recommend this store. No other customer came in the 10 minutes.
