      image I visited this store yesterday afternoon with plans of buying a pair of jeans. Numerous girls (sales associates, if that's what you would like to call them) walked by me and never asked if I needed help (which I did). The store was not bustling with customers. After I walked around the store for quite some time, I watched one girl ask a customer if she needed help as soon as she entered the store. I guess the girls did not want to assist me since I'm not in my 20's and wear larger than a size 29. I bought many pairs of jeans in this store throughout the years. I will never spend another dollar in this store. Perhaps the company should train its employees in customer service and educate them in diversity, equity and inclusion!

      image I was visiting Pennsylvania from California and had to swing by Buckle for some BKE denim. I was in a rush and a huge thanks to Wyatt today who helped me find the perfect BKE denim fit and color that I was looking for! Best looking & most comfortable, high quality denim!
