Deb, at Healthcare Solutions, assisted me when it was time to replace my (very) old Cpap. She was a joy to work with. She took care of all the details and answered my questions clearly, making the transition so easy for me. I am grateful for her knowledge and her caring attitude.

I've been using Health Care Solutions for over 2 years. I've gone from needing simple oxygen to waiting on a double lung transplant and needing tremendous amounts of oxygen at home and out of the house. This company is HANDS DOWN the best! Josie knows who I am when she answers and what I need and John has come out in a pinch to help me out on more than one occasion going above and beyond to make sure I'm getting the oxygen I need. Each and every person I've had help from is simply AMAZING! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

Although the people and Healthcare solutions are very nice, they were very misleading when it came to my out-of-pocket cost for my CPAP machine. I was told that my monthly bill out-of-pocket would be about $25. The first month my bill came in for 23 dollars, which was about what they told me. But the second month I received a bill for $271 at this point I wrote them out a check for the total amount, and ask them if this be my final bill because I could not afford to pay this much money out of pocket. A few weeks later I received another bill for over $60 for medical supplies from their company. Which I never received. I went back to the company and told them I never received any supplies. That if I had, I wouldve brought the supplies back to them because without a machine that Supplies would do me no good. They told me theres nothing they could do and I still had to pay for the supplies even if I didnt receive them. I do not recommend this company to anyone else.

I was introduced to healthcare Solutions by my doctor from the Cleveland Clinic. I had an appointment with Deb to learn how to use my new machine and sample different masks. She made my adapting to the machine very easy and was readily available to answer any questions I had. Monday I had a follow-up visit with my doctor.Hey determined I needed some changes in the pressure settings He forwarded the directions to healthcare Solutions Erie. Tuesday I got a call from Deb to check my machine to verify the changes. Needless to say the changes had already taken place. Talk about great service. WOW! I'm impressed
