I need to receive ostomy supplies for my 6 year old son monthly, and every month it's a pain in the rear end. They change what dates they are willing to ship them even though I call the same day each month to place the order, it is nonsense. And the most unreliable service I've experienced especially with something so crucial I am very dissatisfied customer (my son is also a cancer patient and this is the treatment we have received)

Every month I have trouble getting my supplies on time. Like a parent with a child with medical issues needs to worry about even more stuff. This is ridiculous!!

I'm very disappointed my chair ha s been out of order for months keep saying the parts are behind cause of covid I get it I have a electric wheelchair but you need to have loaner chairs while we wait for repair I need my chair I have fallen over over borrowing some one chair is not good I have to many apps and she has the chair you have to get push I can't roll it my hands are too weak please find a new way for people to get a loaner very unhappy customer

Poor customer service. Claim was denied do to false statements. And it was 3 months to even file a claim with insurance. Severely disappointed.dealing with handicap and people with disabilities and this is how we are treated.
