Nasty people , customer service were so rude, I had someone pick a knee scooter up for me, almost fell off it 3 times so called them and told them bringing back same day, (had about 20 mins.) they said return Monday because they were closing, but I will not get my money back...Ha...Will see about that...

Very disappointed. Service was terrible to say the least. It shouldn't take almost 2 weeks to order supplies. Too much finger pointing between departments. It's a shame they are the only game in town.
