From the buying experience, to the service experience, to the vehicle itself, Diehl Kia has proven to be above the norm when it comes to dealerships. We have been nothing but satisfied with our Sportage Hybrid since we got it in 11/23. Jim and Dave made it easy to move out of our lease on our Seltos and into the purchase of our Sportage, and the service department was fast and thorough, even sending us a video of the inspection when we took it in for service. Totally satisfied with the experience.

I would like to say that I had unpleasant experiences in the past with dealerships however, this dealership is not the same! They seem to actually really care and they give you really great customer service as well as quality with sending you updated text messages communicating with you by SMS and also sending you a detailed video of the inspection knowing that theyre not doing anything shady. My driver seat on my 2023 Kia forte was pretty loose and after a little bit of fiddling, they completely understood what I was talking about and are taking care of it under warranty. I initially was going to get an oil change with this appointment, but my car still has a few thousand miles and I told them to not worry about it when I got there, but they accidentally did it anyways And they took care of the charge for the oil change! I was not expecting that, and I was totally willing to pay because at first I told him that I wanted it, but then changed my mind when I got to the dealership. I just want to say thank you so far for a great customer experience and knowing that my car is in good hands. I will definitely be recommending friends and family to the dealership and get my next vehicle from the dealership as well.
