Id give zero stars if possible. They will completely blow you off and have terrible customer service! Salesman literally take your time and then dont respond. Post vehicles that arent even priced accurately!! Then you gotta listen to them tell you about some slide of hand trick theyre gonna do to MAYBE get you the price thats ON THEIR WEBSITE. Do yourself a favor and avoid them like the clap.

Worst experience of my life. I bought my brand new 2021 Kia seltos in December 2020, a week and a half after the transmission blew. Took two and a halfish months to get my car back. Whenever I got the car back, my husband had a remote start installed. Two and a half years later, my car decided to randomly stall while driving down the highway on my hour drive to work. I took it in and they said it needed an oil change done. My husband and I were leaving for our anniversary trip to florida and were driving and it happened again and they tried to say that it was the remote start, which I have had for the whole time. Needless to say when I traded in my car last week I went elsewhere.

Everyone in Sales and David in Finance at Diehl Kia were friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and honest while we purchased our Telluride. They made the whole buying process easy and stress free. It was definitely worth the drive up to Beaver Falls. We got a great deal @Diehl, truly thousands better than any competitor and appreciate Diehls value added package after the sale w/ years of service and PA inspections.

Five stars to Matt Diehl. If he didnt get involved, the deal would have never been made. Five stars to salesman Nick Vannat too for his communication and work at keeping things together. Had a few problems, but deal got done and price was better than I found in two months of searching. Fast forward 2.5 months. 60 day temporary tag expired 10/16. No registration. Was told on 10/14 by Mgr Mike Anderson I would have it by 10/28. More Bull. Now have to go before FL DMV on Wed 11/1 as they are threatening to suspend license cause I cancelled insurance on previously owned car that I sold, but plates have never been transferred. No title, no registration and no plates transferred. Asked Mike Anderson for name of title company, but no response. Have email into Corina, Matt at Corporate. Thats rightthey got my money now. Maybe thats why the BBB gives them a D- rating. BUYER BEWARE !!! Update 11/12FL DMV called Chris in your title dept on 11/1. Chris said the power of attorney from Kia was sent to the wrong address. On 11/3 Kia showed that the power of attorney had been sent out. I have called and left a msg to see if you got it. No reply, so why dont you call me with an update. As far as out of state title, I brought paperwork with me on the day I leased vehicle. I argued with the salesman, mgr and general mgr to fill it out so I could take it to FLDMV. All 3 refused and I was assured that your title people have handled out of state titles from TX to CA to FL. Temp tag expired 10/16. On 10/13 I was getting nervous and called Mike Anderson. He said I would have FL registration within 2 weeks. Never received. Just another lie. You have my number and emailwhy dont you update me on whats going on instead of your reply to cover your butt. Terrible communication and customer service. Even Pres Matt Diehl who had to get involved 3 times to make the deal happen has been emailed and has refused to reply. The salesman Nick has quit because he alleges he wasnt gettIng fully paid. He was the only one that was straight up with me.
