On December 4 we hit a coyote with our 2018 Explorer. Monday December 19th we dropped it off with the body shop because it's a Geico express thing or whatever. The guy said we would hear from him by the end of the day with the estimate. Nothing. I called Thursday December 22 as we didn't hear from them. The receptionist said they didn't do the estimate yet because more important things had come up.. what was the point of me making an appointment for an estimate if they don't follow the schedule. We called Tues Dec 27 and the guy said they did the estimate and they already had it ripped apart and were waiting for the new parts to come in. Ok good. Well fast forward to the first week of January, we called a few different times and no one answers so we left voice-mail.. no one ever returned our phone calls. Friday Jan 6 my wife gets a call saying the explorer is done and we could come pick it up. We go down Saturday Jan 7 and we pay our deductible and get ready to head out. Only one problem.. they only fixed it cosmetically.. nothing behind the bumper was fixed.. the AC condenser, radiator fan and the shutter system were not fixed.. in past experiences with body shops they have always called us to discuss the estimate before they proceed . No one ever called to do so, or this issue could of been handled before we were told it was complete. Would not recommend this shop to anyone.
