        My son is a local college student, apartment building is perfect location for SJU students. Justin, the manager, is fantastic. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend this building/Woodward Properties.

        Great place so far. Justin the regional property manager is outstanding. Units are large and spacious with tons of storage. maintenance is always fast.

        I have lived in this apartment for 3 years. It was a studio, first apartment. Neighborhood is amazing has a quiet side and a busier side. Didn't have any issues with neighbors. Maintenance was quick and efficient. A nice story was a time my stove broke, couldn't do any baking. It couldn't ignite/was burned out. What they did was replace the entire stove. Only moved because I needed a much bigger place. The new place Woodward Properties owns too. Good friends with the maintenance and leasing people, so they are working on upgrade the laundry room, which is my only gripe with the Hardie House. In summary, not a bad place and a great area.
