A tech came out to me even before the shop opened to refill my tire, they took my walk-in while managing a full day of appointments (I was told it would be close to a 2 hour wait, but it only took 20 minutes, if that), another tech was able to find the metal in my tire, remove, & patch it (I have gone 7 different times to different auto shops in the last year to find the leak to no avail), and they provided education about the tire pressure light not turning off until driving at a higher speed for a little bit of time. Overall, very friendly, and I appreciated the kid-sized table along with big windows so my little one could see!

I got my alignment done here yesterday, my car was slightly pulling to one side, barely noticeable, so I brought it in. Ever since I left, my car has been pulling to the other side and its a lot more noticeable. Plus the lady that worked on my car failed to put the splash guard back on correctly, it started scraping the road as soon as I was on the freeway. Now Im stuck trying to get it fixed an hour away from home and Im hoping I make it to my appointment on time.

Very fast, great customer service. My go to shop. Right next to Fred Meyers and taco smell too just in case it'll take awhile.
