Having worked in Project Management my entire career - across 3 different continents, I can easily say that Future State Consulting has been, by far, the most professional recruitment company that I have ever worked with. Michael was able to pair my skills and career desires with a fantastic opportunity that I am now 2 months into and loving. This is a poaching recruiting company. Trolls LinkedIn and actually calls employees at their current place of employment. I would consider the ethics of this company before doing any business with them.

Future State was a great partner in helping me find my next adventure. Harrison was great to work with, he was knowledgeable about the Portland market and he really helped me work out the kinks in my resume. I have had the pleasure of meeting everyone in the office and they are all equally as nice and knowledgeable. I could not recommend a better recruiting company to work with.
