Ive been working with this company for just over two years and have really enjoyed their leadership/career guidance. My managers Kariann and Emma are truly a joy to work with! Im only leaving after making the difficult leap to go back to school. The Motus team is professional and knowledgeable, while keeping the employees best interest in mind. Probably one of the worst staffing agencies I have ever dealt with. I worked two different jobs through them and my recruiter had next to no communication with me. I wasnt told the assignments were ending until a day or two before they ended and after it ended there was zero communication about helping with new employment despite numerous emails from me. A simple reply to an email is far too much to ask with this agency. And I had this experience with two separate recruiters.

I was very pressured to interview with a company and was totally unprepared for the questions I'd be asked, despite a conversation with the recruiter before my interview. Then I was told I'd get feedback the next morning. A day and a half later I had to email them to find out I wasn't selected. I was treated like a commodity and I don't appreciate it. And the recruiter got my name wrong. I mean really.
