Always helpful. Only had to make one claim in about 10 years & it was quickly taken care of. I'm in the process of switching home insurance over to them.

Called for a quote and received very rude customer service. Talked down to me since I had a ticket on my record. Went on about how I also had a tow on my record and a windshield replaced due to a crack! That shouldn't count, and I certainly don't deserve to be talked down to because of it. Prices were very high and I'll never call them again.
