Went through the drive through, messed up our order, forgot stuff on our order, went in to fix it and the door was locked. They said we're closed, come back tomorrow.

What can I say... it's fast food.
Sm. Cheese burger and fries and the bun was cold and stiff. Not warm and soft.

Guy running drive through needs to slow down and not rush customer or ignore them Asked him THREE times for a large breakfast. Even asked him...its a large right? He hurriedly said yes. It was not. I come in there 2-3 mornings a week. That can change

Ladies and gentlemen, listen up my wife and I decided to stop at this particular Burger King tonight around 8 ish. Clearly before they close anyways. Normally, I don't give 5 star rating unless they actually deserve it. The place was clean, It was quiet, It was relaxing, the staff was happy and they were very friendly. The reason that I say very friendly is because the lady went beyond and above to make my sandwich the way that I like it do to the fact that I have allergies and I let the lady know that I have allergies. She even separated our order in 2 separate bags. So my wife had her own bag and I had mine. First off shout out to the manager of the night. That deserves a raise for taking very good care of her customers. She made sure that her customers were treated with decency and kindness and I really appreciate that. We don't see much of that. Anymore, these days in any restaurant whatsoever? She made sure that the person behind the counter. That was making the burgers change their gloves and clean every surface. So that way I wouldn't end up in the hospital tonight and I really appreciate that. The food was great. It was excellent. It tasted good. It wasn't timed out. The fries were hot. The burgers were excellent. The bacon was crispy, the cheese was melted perfectly. So higher-ups let's listen up here. There are a few little details. You guys need to fix around the store like preferably one of your menu boards was out and needed to be replaced. That was the only issue that I had other than that. My experience was 5 stars.
