Gross greasy and old clientele. Not clean either. It's Wendy's.

Why is the soda machine behind the counter? If I want a refill I have to either a) go to the counter, endure the glares of the people in line and get ignored by the staff or b) wait in line, my food gets cold and it takes too long for a simple refill. Get with the times Wendy's, its the 21st century. I will not be going back, my time is too precious to be waiting in line for a refill.

I'd rate this a ZERO if I could & here's why: I ordered 3 things off the menu, every time i would barley finish talking the girl (Emily) would rush me & say "is that everything" prolly a total of 5 times- at one point i said "no it is not everything" & she forgot to turn off her headset & whispers "oh my god, f'ing annyoing"...when i got up to the window i told her she might want to turn her headset off next time she was going to talk about her customers, she was so rude- she acted like i was keeping her from her break or something- have not gone back since & don't plan on it. Called the day manager the next day, she could hardly care less. They have a motto i see hung up on the store for employee's "treat customers how you would want your grandmother to be treated" well you do a very poor job Wendy's!

takes forever to order . Speaker system sucks. They don't tell you that they are ready to take your order do you sit and wait for ever until they say . 'Are you there?' The pavement in the drive thru is awful.
