Decided to stop in at Burger King after going to the casino for a quick bite. Order a 9 piece chicken fry and got the most pathetic looking chicken fry ever that didn't even full HALF the box (see picture). Also orders a original chicken sandwich and they SMOTHERED it in mayoit was so soggy and slipping everywhere I couldnt eat it. The fries were nice and fresh, soda was good. Customer service not so great, sat at the window for what seemed like forever before actually being greeted.
As someone who has worked in the fast food industry for yearsyall can do better

You guys are open yet won't take my order at the drive thru and act like your closed it's 8 am and I watch two other people get orders.

When you have low expectations for a place and they still don't meet them. This place just keeps getting worse. Food isn't good, service is terrible, and they can't ever get an order right.

The rudest customer service I have ever gotten in my life. You don't sell beef you only have french fries and fried food maybe you guys should change your name to fried king instead of burger king I thought McDonald's was bad but they just got my service. This took place march 19th 2022. Thanks Katie aka bubbles worlds worst employee ever and I am a sir not a chick
