I have been a customer for several years with units for commercial and personal belongings. The staff, mostly Mona, have always been courteous and professional. I have recommended Cherry Ave Storage to all my friends. 5 stars!

I initially reserved a U-Haul at this location to go pick up my belongings. Since I had not yet found a storage facility and was on a time crunch. I figured it would be best to just get a storage there as well. Both the women in the office were very pleasant and polite. I made sure to not put them under a time crunch with the reservation for the U-Haul as I knew they wouldn't have time to check it in and clean it prior to rental. Melanie appreciated this very much and was very helpful in showing me the different units and the placement amongst the facility. I rented a 10x10. After the first load of possessions to store, I returned with help. A friend who's an expert mover. At this time we assessed that it was not going to be enough room and I would need to also get a 10x20. I was denied two storages. Told I just had to pick one. That that they needed the 10x10 desperately. Being understanding I completely am aware of availability issues. So I understood and did my best to get it all into a 10x20. After breaking countless items and laboring till 1:00 or 2:00 for a few days. Mona requested that Melanie helped me off the clock during her personal time. I appreciated this very much and no more items we're broken. There just wasn't enough room in the one unit so I placed a 30-day notice. And begin to explore other options for storage facilities that had vacancy. Then received an eviction a few days later. Best part is the only reason I got the fiction notice is it was taped to my unit door and Melanie found it upon walking the facility grounds and was courteous enough to send me a picture. They say it was certified mail sent on the 5th it's the it's the 9th I haven't signed receipt nothing. I'm locked away from my unit. My belongings and possessions so they can be auctioned because Mona cannot separate her personal feelings and emotions from her professional duties. I in no way would recommend this facility to anyone with her as the management.
