I rented a unit I went there to put my stuff no one answered the phone or buzzer I was at the gate for 20 minutes trying. So when I got ahold of someone I told them I was cancelling the unit since I can't get on the property. They told me I had to do a30 days notice to vacate the unit n pay that months fee. They r a crooked business. I won't tell anyone to go there

Apparently they have no care for security or due diligence. Our unit was ransacked 6+ weeks ago and we never were once contacted about it. The female working was more concerned with her child on her lap than taking me seriously. Our unit was broken into before once but I had trusted her empty promises. She casually mentioned that there was a police case open and they were *GOING* to install cameras.. Lost the AC units needed to cool my newborn child so that's pretty horrible Excuse me when I say they probably do not care about anyone else's units most likely. Simple greed and laziness is the way of things at this location.

Arrived to find my unit with a lock out lock on. This was due to a burglary that happened a month earlier that I was never notified of. Sad to say the safety of these units are not up to anyone's good standards. Lost many items
