    I have been a customer at Les Schwab's for 40 plus years. Today I received the worst service ever. First of all I was told on the phone there wasn't much of a line but 15 minutes later when I got there there's a two and a half hour wait. I ended up leaving my car for the day so I could get home and work. I took my car in because the front tire sensor had gone off on my car and was at 26 PSI for my tires. When I picked up my car I asked if the tire had been fixed. The guy said that no they didn't fix it because it only needed 5 lb of air at the time and the sensors weren't off. The guy said it was only down 2 lb since around noon or so when they had checked it so it wasn't leaking it was probably from sitting in the hot sun. The guy had told me to drive it for a while to see if it still loses air and then I could bring it back like I would want to sit there for 6 hours again or have my car there again all day. So basically they did nothing and let me drive off with a tire that's probably going to go flat

    Steering wheel was shakin' somethin' fierce. The tech at Les Schwab Mission Street quickly diagnosed a locked brake caliper and once I agreed to the price, BOOM it was done in a few hours. Everything is silky smooth now.

    Great service! Went in with a simple inquiry, and the man behind the counter offered to show me how to put my specific chains on. I'd never used that kind, and he just offered to do it. YouTube is great for stuff like that, but during the process I had a couple of questions, and he immediately answered them. Thank you Les Shwab for your patience and good service!
