Wow 3 minutes late won't do my appointment

Was a VA patient for years, in 2014 I had enough and decided to go private. Eventually landed here, use to be a great clinic. Once Salem Health took over, things just went down hill.
Canceled appointments, sitting on hold forever just to be hung up on and have to call back, they make it to where I always run out of medication. The kicker, they fire my doctor and don't even notify the patients. No help with meds, no nothing. In fact they booked an appointment with her for me after she left..... still didn't tell me that eventually that appointment would be canceled.
I've finally found medical thats worse thsn the VA Healthcare system, its right here in salem. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place
Update Feb 2024: My last 3 appointments have been rescheduled at least 1 time each. Last appointment was initially sechduled in Nov 23 for Feb 24. Two days before my appointment it was rescheduled. How the hell are people supposed to get care when you can never get into see your physician? Kind of at a loss at this point. The state needs to get involved to solve these issues. Progressively worse and worse as time goes on.

It's easy to get there by bus. Just take the 18 or the 8. There are 2 other buses that go by there but I don't remember the numbers.
