I felt like the receptionist had a chip on her shoulder about something. Pretty argumentative and unhelpful the entire 2-3 years we went there for our daughter.

I love my provider, Amanda DuBois, however, last time I was in there- the cleanliness was pretty disappointing. Fuzz and hair on the ground and not just a little bit.

Don't even bother going here, they don't care about their patients, they don't listen to their patients, they don't remember what they've done in previous check ups. they just prescribe the same thing even if it doesn't work and wait till the condition gets to bad for them to deal with then send you off to a specialist that you have to wait weeks to get into and proscribe no medicine during the wait just to "see how bad it gets". only go here if you to be treated like a test subject and not be cured of your illness.

I appreciate a medical clinic that supports you where you are at. Dr. Dacker and her team keep medical treatment feeling safe and accessible. Thank you for assisting our family so much this year.

I just want to share how much I appreciate being able to call the practice and talk to a familiar, friendly voice. Whether it's Maria, Melissa or Whitney, I always know that I will be recognized and genuinely greeted. I guess I take it for granted that Dr Dacker and Dr Cohen will take great care of me, because I have never received more attentive and personal medical care. It's so great to know that I feel like a real person at Vida Family Medicine, not just a diagnosis, chart or billing account. Thanks Vida!
