Dr. Potter has been so amazing for our family. The office staff is so kind and so willing to help patients quickly and efficiently. Weve recommended them to many families.

I had a real problem with the staff here. The prescriptions didnt get filled the messages didnt get passed to the ND and when I tried to make a suggestion on how to resolve the issue the ND and staff blamed me for the issues because I complained. Finally the office manager told me to find a new ND but she failed to tell the ND so the ND was filling the prescription and answered my questions from two weeks earlier as if nothing had happened! I dont recommend this place because they make many mistakes and are not open to solving the issues and go as far as blaming the patients for mistakes made by office staff!
