I've been working with this clinic for 6 years now. The most impressive thing to me is that each year when I make my appointment they have somehow improved the process. It's wild. The first year I had to drive to make an in-person deposit and do stuff via fax. Now it's online and totally seamless. I couldn't recommend them more.

Again First Step Clinic and their team have shown me why I keep returning to them. Called last week left a message and the wonderful Jordin called me back by the end of the day to get the ball rolling. One week later I had my appt. Due to the pandemic I was able to have my appt via tele doc saving me a drive to Salem with the big fat bonus of being able to have my appt safely from inside my own home. Killed it again guys! How convenient you have made this for your peeps especially in such stressful times..Thank you again for everything, truly appreciate your entire team!! Much love!

I actually give them 0 stars, unfortunately google would not let me leave the site that way. So a ZERO rating!! I applied for a Manager's position for this business. I am fully qualified. Unfortunately, during the interview, it was a different story. They want you to start as part time on-call as a budtender, sorry med tech, for 30 days at min wage, then they may put you in the manager or other position and possibly raise your pay. Sounds quasi-legal. I have worked in HR and have been a hiring supervisor. That is a totally unprofessional way to hire anyone. If you are hiring for Manager then hire a manager and train them properly as a manager. If you are hiring a budtender , then that is what you interview and hire for. The indeed ad was misleading. And while I was waiting for my interview, the girl at the check in desk let in a customer without a mask. Not only will I not accept their position, I wouldn't shop there, or recommend them to anyone.

Sign says open but they're closed!!! I've been taking care of my medical paperwork for years here. It was always a pleasure walking in the door. Now it's nothing but a hassle!!! Back to the THCF up in Portland. Peace
