        Liberty mutual App wouldnt allow me to downgrade insurance during COVID, so I canceled, only to get harassment from a Bill collector several months later saying I didnt cancel until they apparently canceled my insurance three months after I canceled. Now they claim I owe $900 for insurance I never wanted. Scam!
