        I needed renters insurance and updated car insurance for the apartment Im living in. Barbara was clear and concise in giving me a quote and even explained aspects of my car insurance policy that I was not aware of.

        We considered Farmer's Insurance when moving insurance from Florida to Oregon. John and everyone in the office was really nice and would be great to work with and support you on your insurance needs. . The only problem we had was that Farmer's had a computer problem that couldn't move our insurance to Oregon. We waited weeks to get the paperwork done.  I am not sure what the problem but no one else has this issue. It's too bad because they were great people. I would definitely try them again if we needed new insurance.
