        Whenever I need insurance this is where I go. Even when I no longer live in Roseburg. Just got insurance with them again and it seems to be about $20 more than I used to pay. But that was 10 years ago lol. What I know is this my rates always progressively go down here usually every month or at least two that go by they find me a better rate. And they take cash if your in the area.

        Bad customer service. I walked in to drop off a check. There were 2 women who were typing away on the computer. NO ONE greeted me and it took a least 7 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Not good business.
