        I accidentally posted a negative review on here about Root Insurance, it was the wrong Root Insurance, and for that I apologize.I didn't even realize when I posted the review that this was Root Family Insurance, not Root Insurance that you can get on the internet!         this place is major robbery- they run your card without permission. I was charged $1000 in a 30 day. Pathetic customer service, and I definitely scare away from this place. Avoid at all cost.

      Not about Root Family Insurance. This person is confusing us with Root Insurance or someone else. We do not know this person. We do not touch money or run cards of any kind. I think this was a complaint about car insurance, which we do not sale.
