        I recently added another Rolex to my collection, and it was my first dealing with Watch Works PDX. Sam was professional, punctual, and communicative. I brought a few watches for appraisal, and he was direct and reasonable in his offers and explanations. I ended up leaving a different watch there for service, and Sam was kind enough to hold the watch I was interested in purchasing until I was freed from business obligations. Overall a great experience, and I look forward to making more watch deals with them in the future.
