Mothers day weekend. Showed up on Friday and doors were locked 15 #minutes before close. Two women inside refused to acknowledge the three people outside wanting in. Business must be good to lock the doors early.

Absolutely excellent service throughout the entire buying process. Recently purchased an engagement ring and I was able to choose from a wide variety of diamonds (including lab grown) and settings. Suzi and Liliya helped with what I was looking for and they weren't pushy....they didn't keep encouraging the more and more expensive items like other jewelers do. They stuck to my price range and were professional. The ring was ready for me to pick up about a week after selecting a diamond and setting. Morgan Jewelers seems to have good connections to get things done quickly. Overall very pleased I chose this place to get the engagement ring. They have great service after the purchase as well.

The ladies who work here are so nice and understanding. I bought a silver chain to go with a silver pendant I already had. Great chain, very sturdy and shiny. Great customer service. Would definitely consider making another purchase at some point. Suzie rocks! :)

I'm shopping for some bling for a formal event in November. Marina asked lots of questions about my outfit, which isn't quite put together yet... She had some great suggestions for that too! I came away with good ideas to build on and will be seeking her advice again once I pull it all together. Thank you Marina!!!
