Had such an unforgettable experience at Mahler Jewelers. Not only Alexa but the whole team really made us feel comfortable in the shop throughout the whole process. Me and my boyfriend ended up getting the watches that are worth the wait and never regret choosing Mahler to build our relationship. It was our first visit since they moved and it's been a while visiting them, so we went to the store without any high expectations. However, they made our day. I can't emphasize enough that the experience was phenomenal. Alexa and the whole team had a warm welcome along with great assistant. I did not have a specific model that I wanted but Alexa helped me choosing one starting from solving my uncertainty on sizing. My boyfriend did had a specific model in his mind but unfortunately they didn't had it. But the team gave him a great recommendation to satisfy him enough. The team's customer service was outstanding, making us want to stick to this shop only from now on. We hope we can make our wishlist to be completed with Mahler:) I highly recommend visiting Mahler Jewelers if you are thinking about getting a watch. Once again we really appreciate today's experience. We are looking forward to continue business with Mahler Jewelers.

Incredible experience. Alexa went above and beyond to help me purchase a watch for my collection as a birthday present to myself. I was mailed the watch with a really nice personal touch and warm birthday wishes. I was also getting ready to leave for a trip and she ensured I had the watch before I left. Can't recommend Mahler highly enough. This will be the first of many prucases from them. Thanks again!

I have been coordinating with Mahler (formerly Packouz) for several months as they are an authorized Rolex dealer, and I have been on the waitlist for my first new Rolex. The whole team at Mahler is fantastic - Jordan is my primary contact, but I have also been helped by Carrie. I really appreciate how down to earth the team is, and that they are so professional. They truly listen and seek to understand your specific interests and style, and they follow up promptly and thoroughly. I'm thrilled with my new watch and the entire experience, and I look forward to my next one with their team!

Another special experience at Mahler Jewelers! Its a welcoming environment from the moment you walk in, but the real difference is found as you begin to work with their team. The biggest difference between Mahler and other jewelers is that you are treated like a client, not just a customer. Its never about a sale or transaction, but rather the experience, which they make meaningful. I felt like their most important client! They ask meaningful questions, learn what it is that you are trying to accomplish with your purchase, and consult with you. My experience buying my Rolex from Jordan was several months long, not for inventory constraints, but because she wanted to find the perfect watch for me. She took time to ask questions, shared insights/recommendations, and balanced my current collection to help me find a perfect complimentary watch to what I already had. She took the long term approach, and for that, I am an appreciative and long term client of Mahler. I also really appreciate Mahlers ties to their local community, and because of their involvement within their community, I chose to make a donation to an organization that does incredible work - The Boys & Girls Club of Portland Metropolitan.
